This snack mix has the perfect balance of both sweet and salty…all cravings will be satisfied!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Love Corn Sea Salt Premium Crunchy Corn2 cups miniature pretzels
  • 3 cups crispy corn and rice cereal
  • 3 cups white chocolate
  • 1 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix Love Corn Sea Salt Premium Crunchy Corn, pretzels, and cereal together in a large bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a separate bowl by placing it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate over snack mix and toss to evenly coat.
  4. Transfer snack mixto a large baking sheet lined with wax paper, spread into an even layer then top with candy-coated chocolate pieces.
  5. Leave to cool completely before breaking into pieces and storing in an airtight container.
