INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup Salt & Vinegar LOVE CORN

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit
  2. Add green beans, red onion, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and salt to a baking dish and toss to coat
  3. Bake green beans for 12-15 minutes or until tender and slightly golden
  4. Remove from oven and top with Salt & Vinegar LOVE CORN, serve warm
