INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- ½ red onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup Salt & Vinegar LOVE CORN
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit
- Add green beans, red onion, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and salt to a baking dish and toss to coat
- Bake green beans for 12-15 minutes or until tender and slightly golden
- Remove from oven and top with Salt & Vinegar LOVE CORN, serve warm
