INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup Sea Salt LOVE CORN
DIRECTIONS
- Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Add chocolate chips, butter, and milk to a large bowl, then microwave in 30 second increments until chocolate has completely melted. Mix to combine ingredients until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar to bowl and whisk until smooth, then fold in mini marshmallows and Sea Salt LOVE CORN.
- Transfer chocolate mixture to prepared loaf pan, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Use a greased knife to cut rocky road bars into squares.
