A delicious dessert filled marshmallows, chocolate chips, and LOVE CORN…these bars won’t last long!


  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup Sea Salt LOVE CORN


  1. Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add chocolate chips, butter, and milk to a large bowl, then microwave in 30 second increments until chocolate has completely melted. Mix to combine ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar to bowl and whisk until smooth, then fold in mini marshmallows and Sea Salt LOVE CORN.
  4. Transfer chocolate mixture to prepared loaf pan, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Use a greased knife to cut rocky road bars into squares.
