INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Sea Salt LOVE CORN
- 2 cups miniature pretzels
- 2 cups crispy corn and rice cereal
- 1 cup white popcorn, cooked
- 3 cups white chocolate
- 1 cup pastel candy-coated chocolate pieces
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Sea Salt LOVE CORN, pretzels, cereal, and popcorn together in a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate in a separate bowl by placing it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and smooth.
- Pour melted white chocolate over snack mix and toss to evenly coat.
- Transfer snack mix to a large baking sheet lined with wax paper, spread into an even layer then top with candy-coated chocolate pieces.
- Leave to cool completely before breaking into pieces and storing in an airtight container.
